Payment methods

All prices on myorganics.com are in euros and include VAT. The methods available may vary depending on the delivery country and are always shown at checkout.

Credit and debit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. In Italy you can also pay with PostePay, in France with Carte Bancaire.

Card payments are processed by MultiSafepay, an authorised payment institution, with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) when required by your bank. The amount is charged when you confirm your order.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

On compatible devices and browsers you can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, without entering your card details.

PayPal

Choose PayPal at checkout, log in to your account and confirm the payment.

Cash on delivery

You pay for your order directly to the carrier on delivery. Cash on delivery carries a surcharge of €7.90 including VAT, shown as a separate line in the order summary before you confirm. It is available in Italy and in some European countries: if it does not appear at checkout, it is not available for your address.

Payment security

The website uses an encrypted connection. Card details are entered and processed exclusively by the payment providers: myorganics.com does not receive or store them.

Failed payments

If a payment is declined the order is not processed. You can try again with another method or contact us.

We do not accept bank transfers or any methods other than those listed on this page.
